Mango French vinaigrette


  1. Remove coriander leaves from stems and chop them finely.
  2. In a bowl, mix the vinegar and oil.
  3. Season and add a pinch of curry powder and the cordiander.
  4. Finish by sprinking a few sesame seeds to add texture and flavour.


You can use this mango vinaigrette with salads, raw vegetables, tabbouleh, quinoa salad or grilled asparagus.
