Mango French vinaigrette
Ingredients
Mango French vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp Maille Mango Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Maille Extra Virgin Olive Oil AOC
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- A few fresh coriander leaves
- Sesame seeds
- A pinch of curry powder
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Remove coriander leaves from stems and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, mix the vinegar and oil.
- Season and add a pinch of curry powder and the cordiander.
- Finish by sprinking a few sesame seeds to add texture and flavour.
Suggestions:
You can use this mango vinaigrette with salads, raw vegetables, tabbouleh, quinoa salad or grilled asparagus.
