Baked Camembert With Honey Mustard
Ingredients
- 1 camembert
- 2 tablespoons Maille Honey Dijon Mustard or Maille Honey Mustard with Modena Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 1 rosemary sprig
Preparation
- Place the camembert in a cocotte, or a shallow heat proof dish, make a slit in the top and push in the garlic clove, lay the rosemary sprig on top and place in a preheated oven on 200°C/400F/Gas 6 for 10 mins in the centre.
- Remove from the oven add the mustard in the centre and gently swirl to combine.
- Serve with baked pitta breads or grissini.
