BBQ Beef Steak
Who doesn’t love a juicy steak from the BBQ, all that fat just melting away giving a nice, caramelised flavour. Add some freshness with a premium mustard from our collection.
- 600 grams Good quality grain fed rib eye or entrecote.
- 4 tablespoons Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
- Drizzle the steak with some olive oil
- Cook on a medium BBQ.
- Turn occasionally.
- When cooked transfer to a tray and rub the meat with the Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
- Season to taste
