BBQ'ED Prawns with wholegrain mustard
    Prawns need oil, mustard and high heat to lock in the juices and elevate the flavours and our Wholegrain mustard does exactly that.
  
Ingredients
- 12 large prawns
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 4 tablespoons Maille Wholegrain with Chardonnay Wine
 - 1 tablespoon rice flour
 
Preparation
- Place the prawns in a bowl
 - Sprinkle the rice flour over them evenly
 - Smear with the Maille Wholegrain Mustard all over
 - Cook on a hot BBQ whilst brushing oil over them, serve hot with a squeeze of lemon or Maille Dijon mustard
