Cornichon sandwich
Such good artisanal crispy bread like sourdough bread only needs some nice healthy toppings to make it a mouthwatering tasty sandwich, that you just want to dive into. Our cornichons will just give you that right balance in flavor you were looking for.
Ingredients
- 6x thick slices fresh sourdough bread
- 300 gram julienne sliced vegetables (carrot, red cabbage, celeriac etc.)
- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Maille cornichons
- radishes
- Mixed lettuce with herbs (arugula, chives, Romain lettuce etc.)
Preparation
- Mix the finely sliced vegetables with the mayonnaise and season to taste.
- Transfer the vegetable salad to the slices bread and top it off with the radishes, Maille cornichons and mixed lettuce.
