Ingredients
Cornichon Tapenade
- 100g Maille mini cornichon
- 50gr pitted olives
- 1-2 fresh chilli’s or to taste
- 2 tbsp.’s fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon original
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until a fine or thick chopped paste.
Tips:
Mix with mayonnaise and smother boiled and cooled pasta shells for a fresh pasta salad
