Dijon mustard French mayonnaise
Ingredients
Dijon mustard French mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Maille Dijon Original Mustard
- 150 ml oil
- 20 ml Maille Truffle Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolk with the mustard. Season.
- While whipping, gradually pour in the oil. The mayonnaise will slowly take on the desired texture.
- It is important that all ingredients be at room temperature.
Suggestions:
You can use this mayonnaise to enhance roasted or grilled chicken, grilled cod, pasta salad, or potato salad.
