Dutch Oven Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Maille Honey Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. Maille Cider vinegar
- Juice of ½ of a lemon
- 1.4kg whole chicken
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Combine Maille Honey Dijon mustard, Maille Cider vinegar and lemon juice in small bowl. Evenly coat chicken with mustard mixture, then season, if desired, with salt and pepper.
- Arrange chicken in dutch oven or heavy casserole dish over medium-high heat and brown on all sides. Bake covered until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 45 minutes.
To serve
Serve, if desired, with seasonal vegetables cooked in butter.
