Grilled Rib Steak with Blue Cheese Mustard
- 100g softened butter
- 1 Tbsp Maille mustard with Blue Cheese
- 4 rib steaks
- 1 roll of cling film
Mix the mustard with the softened butter until smooth
Roll the mixture up in cling film and place in the fridge to chill for around 2 hours..
Before serving, remove the cling film and cut the butter into slices.
Griddle or grill the rib steak to your liking.
- Let the mustard butter melt on the grilled rib steak and serve with stir-fried vegetables.
