Time for something different from the BBQ or grill! Try this easy combination of freshly grilled summer vegetables with the freshness of our Maille Wholegrain Mustard.
- 1 large aubergine
- 1 large courgette
- 250g green asparagus
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- 2 different colored bell peppers
- 2-3 Red onions
- 4 tablespoons Maille Wholegrain Mustard with Chardonnay Wine
- Cut each vegetable into even sized pieces
- Drizzle with some olive oil
- Grill on a medium-hot BBQ until cooked
- Transfer to a bowl and season with the Maille Wholegrain Mustard with Chardonnay Wine while it’s still hot.
