Ham, Cheese and Maille Chablis White Wine Mustard Toasted Wraps
Comforting toasted pitta wraps with ham, cheese and spinach, elevated by Maille Honey mustard, for that perfect Spring lunch on the go.
Ingredients
- 2 Arab style pitta breads
- 60 gr ham
- 2 tablespoons Chablis White Wine Mustard
- 60 gr grated Comte cheese
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon butter
Preparation
- Open the pitta breads flat on a cutting board and smear with the Chablis White Wine Mustard
- Line the ham, cheese and spinach evenly across both pitta breads.
- Roll from one end towards the other and hold town by using a toothpick
- Spread the butter on the outside and place in a sandwich toaster, until toasted on the outside.
- Cut each wrap in 4 even pieces and serve as mini nibbles.
