Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced Maille cornichon
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 handful green salad leaves
- Maille Middle Eastern vinaigrette
Preparation
- Layer all ingredients in a large glass jar
- Seal the jar, when ready to eat drizzle in the Maille Middle Eastern vinaigrette and enjoy.
