Maille Dijon Original Beetroot Dip
A simple yet full of flavour dip to impress your guests. The sweetness of the beetroot combined with the tang of yogurt, complements the palate whilst the mustard intensifies these flavours and leaves a gentle peppery taste on
- 250 grams of boiled beetroot
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped oregano leaves
- 50 grams of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Maille Dijon Originale Mustard
- Grate the beetroot and squeeze to remove excess liquid, place in a bowl and add the Dijon mustard, oregano and Greek yogurt. Mix to combine. Serve with oven toasted pitta bread strips.
