Maille healthy sandwich
Need a light, flavoursome yet wholesome snack, this sandwich is the best recipe for that
Ingredients
- 2 slices of wholegrain sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons Maille Dijon originale mustard
- 2 leaves Red lettuce
- ½ sliced sliced pear
- 1 thin sliced carrot
- 2 slices of goat’s cheese
- 1 tablespoon almond slithers
Preparation
- On a hot grill toast the bread slices
- Spread the Maille Dijon originale mustard on the inner side of the slices
- Layer all the ingredients on top of the sandwich and sprinkle with the almond slithers
- Place the other layer of bread on top
Tips
You can do the same with any vegetable if you slice it thin for ease of eating
