Maille Honey Mustard Spinach Dip

Maille honey mustard and spinach dip, a fresh, tasty and easy recipe to whip up just before you leave the house for your picnic
Ingredients
- 250gr spinach
- 50gr Maille roasted onion cornichon
- 50gr feta cheese
- The zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
- 50gr pine nuts
Preparation
- Boil the spinach for 5mins, drain and squeeze to remove excess water, place in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blitz to a paste.
