This easy, quick flavoursome recipe is great to make Chicken, fish or vegetable curry with or simply use as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 400 millilitre coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon Maille Dijon Originale mustard
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
Preparation
- In a saucepan add all ingredients and bring to the boil
- Stir well, lower heat to low and allow to simmer for 5 minutes
