Maille Vivaldi cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Maille Dijon original
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 30ml. vodka
  • 60ml. Apple juice
  • Ice cubes

Prepration

  1. Combine the Lime juice, Maille Dijon original, thyme and honey, into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Use a muddler to lightly crush the ingredients
  3. Add the vodka, apple juice, and some ice cubes to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard for about 10 seconds.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass, and serve immediately.
