Massaman-Style Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice
- 4 large chicken breasts
- Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp Champagne Brandy & Christmas Spices mustard
- Prepare the ingredients: cut the chicken into strips, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the finely chopped onions and garlic and fry until golden brown.
- Add the chicken and brown. Add a teaspoon of Marc de Champagne fresh mustard as well as the coconut milk. Season to taste, stir and let simmer.
Serve with freshy cooked basmati rice.
