Prunes Filled With Goats Cheese and Maille Dijon Mustard, Wrapped In Parma Ham
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C/350 °F
- Crumble the goats cheese into little pieces and mix with the Maille Dijon Originale Mustard.
- Make a little incision in each prune and stuff with the cheese mix.
- Halve each slice of parma ham and roll it up around the stuffed prune.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with a little balsamic glaze (if you fancy)
