Quinoa with shrimp and Mango & Thai Spices mustard
- 3/4 cup quinoa
- 10 pilled shrimp (according to size)
- 2/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Maille mustard with Mango and Thai Spices
- 2 fresh coriander sprigs
- Chopped peanuts
- Salt, pepper
- Cook the quinoa.
- Prepare the shrimps, then sear on high heat in a frying pan.
- Add the coconut milk and the mustard.
- Mix the sauce and shrimps with the quinoa.
- Sprinkle with fresh coriander and chopped peanuts.
