Rhubarb And Fennel Mustard Salad

Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb
- 2 fresh rhubarb stalks
- 6 radishes
- 2 tablespoons Maille Dijon Originale mustard
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Maille White Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation
- Peel the skin off the Rhubarb stalks
- Fine slice fennel, Rhubarb, radishes and set aside
- in a large bowl whisk the olive oil, vinegar and mustard together until incorporated
- Add the sliced vegetables and toss well until they are evenly covered by the vinaigrette
