Spring Danish rolls
Ingredients
Spring Danish rolls
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 100 g of parmesan cheese
- 1 or 2 Tbsp of Honey and balsamic Maille mustard
- 200 g of prosciutto
- A few basil leaves
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 180°C/356°F.
- Spread open the puff pastry sheet, smear with mustard.
- Evenly sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, the minced basil and place the prosciutto over it.
- Cut puff pastry sheet into 2cm wide strips and twist them.
- Place them on a tray and bake until golden brown.
