Tortellini in Parmesan broth January 12, 2018 Ingredients 250gr small tortellini 2 teaspoons Maille parmesan and basil mustard 500ml broth (vegetable, beef or chicken) 200ml water 2 tbsp. chopped basil Preparation Place the water and stock in a pot and bring to the boil, add the tortellini and boil for a further 3mins, remove from the heat, add the mustard and stir well until incorporated, sprinkle the basil and serve.
