Vegetables summer salad with Maille Mustard with White Truffle from Alba
- Asparagus
- Red peppers
- Courgettes
- Red onions
- Green olives
- Fresh basil, shredded
- 80ml of extra-virgin olive oil from Provence
- 50ml of Maille walnut oil
- 1 Tbsp of Maille mustard with white truffle from Alba
- 1 Tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt
Preparation
- Wash the vegetables and salt them slightly.
- Grill the vegetables under a preheated grill or in a griddle pan. Once grilled, put them in an ovenproof dish, top with some green olives and shredded basil.
- In a bowl, mix the mustard with the white balsamic vinegar and slowly, add the different oils to make a vinaigrette.
- Serve the grilled vegetables with some Sea salt and the white truffle vinaigrette.
