White Truffle Mustard French Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp fresh Maille White Wine Mustard with White Truffle
- 150ml oil
- 20ml Maille Black Truffle Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolk with the mustard. Season.
- While whipping, gradually pour in the oil. The mayonnaise will slowly take on the desired texture.
- It is important that all ingredients be at room temperature.
