Healthy Summer snacks under the sun
When the sun shines the hunger fades, at least for me. On a beautiful sunny day, I love making a light snack to eat as I enjoy the sun rays.
Pungent Dijon mustard is always my go-to ingredient for that tangy flavour with low calories, it makes dishes light, or makes light dishes flavoursome. Speaking of light dishes, they allow you to be a bit cheeky and add a dollop of mayonnaise guilt free.
So here are a couple of my go to recipes when the sun is out, my mood is elevated, and I want a healthy, yummy guilt free snack.
